Eligibility: The program is open to anyone or any company. You don't need to be a current WeCode client.
Referral validation: The referred client must explicitly mention your name when contacting us. Referrals cannot be claimed retroactively.
Commission calculation: Commission is calculated on the total project amount before taxes, excluding third-party costs (hosting, domains, APIs).
Commission payment: Commissions are paid within 7 business days after the client's first payment. For projects with split payments, you receive commission on each payment.
Payment methods: Bank transfer (Costa Rica or international) or PayPal. Commissions under $50 accumulate until reaching the minimum.
Commission tiers: Tiers are calculated by number of converted referrals (who closed a project), not just contacts.
Recurring projects: If your referral hires additional projects, you continue receiving commission on each one with no time limit.
Self-referrals: You cannot refer yourself. Referrals must be genuine third parties.
Modifications: WeCode reserves the right to modify program terms with 30 days notice. Changes do not affect already earned commissions.
Taxes: Referrers are responsible for declaring their commissions according to their country's tax laws.
