Artificial Intelligence Agent (Atlas)

How our conversational assistant works and what you should know when using it:

Automated processing

Atlas is an AI-based conversational agent. Its responses are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies; they do not constitute binding professional advice. For important decisions (pricing, timelines, commitments) we always confirm in writing through our human team. The use of Atlas is entirely optional — you may contact us directly via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form.

Your data during the conversation

Your inquiry is processed through specialized AI providers under confidentiality agreements. The transmission is end-to-end encrypted. We do not share your form data (email, phone, company) with such providers — only the text content needed to generate a response. Your conversations are not used to train AI models.

Retention and deletion

At the end of the conversation we generate an automated summary that we attach to your internal profile for follow-up. We keep this information for up to 24 months. You may request full deletion at any time by emailing privacy@wecodecr.com. The local history in your browser can be deleted by you from the chat or by clearing site data.

Information you should not share

For your own safety, do not share via chat sensitive information such as passwords, full credit card numbers, identity documents, medical data, access keys, or confidential information about third parties. The chat is for general commercial inquiries.

  • Right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in Costa Rica, PRODHAB)
